Darkgreen generates 200% of its annual water consumption (rainwater). 100% of this water is used for our own consumption, and the remaining 100% is injected back into a local river, which in turn generates clean energy (hydroelectric power). Darkgreen therefore actively contributes to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals SDG 6 (Clean Water), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) & SDG 13 (Climate Action).

Darkgreen generates 150% of its annual energy consumption (solar photovoltaic). 100% of this clean energy is used for our own consumption, and the remaining 50% is injected back into the public grid. Darkgreen therefore actively contributes to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals SDG 7 (Clean Energy), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) & SDG 13 (Climate Action).
